Incompatible
There is nothing wrong with the product but it has limitations depending upon what model of Smart TV you have. In my case my Samsung Smart TV is about ten years old. Nothing wrong with the TV either, it's just too old to have the software required to receive certain streaming services. In my case, I wanted to stream Hulu. It is not available with this product.
