Good ..... but....
I have ordered this style Blue Parrot a few times over the years to use in my big rig. I like the varied wear styles and prefer the behind the head option. As for performance, I liked the the previous version better than the 'new and improved' version. My experience was the new version didn't produce the same volume and it seemed clarity wasn't as good for me or the person on the other end. That is my experience. I switched to the VXi B250-xt and love it. It is over-the-head style and more cumbersome when I hang it around my neck but, other than that it has great volume and the person on the other end is very happy with the clarity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Not sure if it was due to buying refurbished or if this is from manufacturer this way but I've tried 2 and neither can give me more than a few feet from my phone...the noise reduction is good, so this will work for driving with window down fine as long as you do not take headset away from phone basically. If you do, you will sound like a robot as well as whom you are talking to,the static is horrible and even if headset is on but you are not talking and walk away from phone then go back within the 3 to 4 foot range, until you turn headset off and then back on, you will continue to get static and not hear a word anyone says.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

This is an outstanding headset. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and its quality shines through. When I am lstening, it sounds like I am right next to the person on the other end of the line, and, just as importantly, people have told me that, when they are hearing me speak, it is like I am right next to them. There is almost no distortion. I need to sound professional on the phone and a poor quality headset is just unacceptable to me. When in my office, this headset does the job nicely. I previously owned the original Expressway I version of this headset. And now, after 7 years, the battery will not recharge. So I replaced it with the Expressway II. All in all, the same product. The 3 ways to wear the headset is unique to the Expressway headsets, and is wonderful. Blue Parror, the only ones to buy. However, if the shorter battery life, and reduced noise suppression capabilities, is indicative to the II Version, then I will go back to Version I next time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

VXi BlueParrott Xpressway II is TOP of the LINE!!
I had NEVER heard of this brand before my 18 wheeler TRUCK DRIVER told me that this is what the professionals use. To good to be true?? NO NO NO!!! My buddy is talking to me while standing next to his RUNNING 18 wheeler and I had NO IDEA!! What I LOVE about this is I can drive down the road with my car window DOWN and I can talk on the phone!! WHO KNEW??!! The other great thing is that it has THREE different ways to wear it. Over the ear, over the head, or my favorite the neckband! It also comes with at least 2 ear pieces. Bought refurb unit. It came with all 3 head/ ear attachments, 3 ear pieces (foam & rubber), car charger, usb, and manual. Took a while to connect to my phone the first time but, connects easily now. Bad ear peace
Wow I thought I was buying a great ear peace but I was wrong they say all the truck's drivers use them if that was the case there would be alot of crashs every time I get a call the darn thing turns it self off i though I was buying this to answer and talk and free up my hands will what a peace of Junk I'm glad I only lost $26.00 instead of $100 I should have read more reviews mabe it's better if I bought it new Not a Refurbished one. Great Product with Perks! This is a fabulous bluetooth in every respect for my needs! It took only one day for the small ear piece and I am happy!
I will another one for my other half. It has features telling me when it is on or off and it shows the battery strength on my low end smart phone. The ear piece is small compared to large padded headsets. But, I knew this ahead of time and I am not disappointed.
