  • Great but too expensive

These are some of the best chopped clams on the market. Excellent quality and flavor and they help make my New England clam chowder a great success! The biggest drawback is their cost. Costco sells the exact same product for $18.99 (last time I bought them there), but they don't always have them in stock. That's a big difference! I don't plan to buy these again unless the price comes down.

  • Good Deal - with One Reservation

Per 51 oz can, about 3.5 cups clam meat and nearly 4 cups of clam juice. At this price (30 cents an ounce of clams and juice, including delivery) compares favorably with 6.5 oz cans that cost more than $2.00 apiece, including delivery. Some pieces are too big, but nothing a chef's knife can't make finer. a similar amount of

  • Great!

Have Been eating these clams for years. Our Costco store used to carry them but like always they rotate things out and change things and I couldn’t find them anymore. They’re the only canned clams I can find out a big chunk pieces not little itty-bitty pieces and I made clam chowder out of them. And my clam chowder is tasty

  • I grew up in Cold Spring Harbor, LI, NY, ate clams on a regular basis. Especially, luv Manhattan clam chowder, If you have a recipe, please share.

Could not find it at Costco store in our area. Found it on line, ordered it and it was great!

  • The best Chopped Clams!

These are not inexpensive, but simply the best chopped you can buy. Makes the best clam sauce....red or white.

  • Look no farther!

Lived in Oregon for years then moved to Iowa. Couldn't find clams that measured up to what we'd been eating until I found these. Clams and juice are good proportion as well. Perfect for clam chowder.
