Samsung products/customer is horrible, but repaired board is great
My $2500 plasma TV stopped working after 5 years. TV would turn off and on by itself. A common problem based on web/forum search. Samsung stopped supporting it and there were no, zero, nill parts available (logic board). After just 5 years!!! If it wasn't for ebay repair service, I'd have a brick on my wall. Occasionally used logic boards would become available on ebay, but at the time I needed the repair, there weren't any. Repair service was quick and easy (you need to send the board). Very happy. Why Samsung couldn't offer this service is embarrassing.
