This Steam Shot does several tasks well, such as cleaning the hard water spots and deposits around faucets, steam-ironing drapes and curtains, and removing the soap scum from glass shower doors. There are other tasks that cannot do so well, such as cleaning the grout on floor tiles, the silicone sealant around bathtubs, or the grease burnt around the stove burners. Bissell products are very good and dependable; I also own a "Big Green" Vacuum & Steam cleaner Model 7700 which I have used for about 5-6 years and besides a few plastic parts that have broken, it functions very well. So bottom line, for the price and the competition, this machine does well above average.

I’ve only used it one day, but so far so good and it feels solidly built, plus the attachments seems to be of good quality. It cleaned all my kitchen and bathroom grout without any chemicals or hard scrubbing.
