Goodbye drone!
I have a 2008 GMC Acadia and deleted the resonator and mufflers which made it sound like a beast at high RPMS but an obnoxious and annoying creature at start up and anywhere under 2k rpms. I read the reviews of a million resonators and decided to take a chance with this product because not only was it a great price but people claimed that it eliminated the drone. I'm here to confirm that this resonator is a success because my start-up sounds strong but not annoying, and everything under 2k has a nice tone with a smooth transition. The humming vibration in my ears has been eliminated, and when I floor that pedal, it still sounds like a beast but has a much cleaner note. Not much difference in volume but fine tuned with a more pleasing sound, kind of like the difference of a pianist playing on an out of tune piano as opposed to a tuned piano which is similiar in volume but more enjoyable to listen to when tuned. Great resonators
