Instructions not included, but still worth the cost.
When I could not figure out all the functions, I went on line to Midland LXT 535 and found the instructions there. They work well and are perfect for Track & Field. Even though they claim the range is 20 miles, I would say they are adequate for several miles if unobstructed. For the price they are well worth the cost.
