Great fan, but low CFM
I bought this fan before I realized it was only 950 RPM. I needed something at least 1800 to keep my CPU cool using an adapter I found to fit a 120mm fan onto a 70mm housing. That was my mistake. I did however use this fan to replace an aging noisy PSU fan I had, and it works great. Kingwin fans last longer than any I have ever tried, and don't get noisy like most. They are my first choice for all of my PC's.

Super quiet even at full power
This thing is super duper quiet, I have it powered by molex to just run at full speed and it’s nice and silent. Lots of value here for what I paid, I definitely recommend this for a nice stealth black fan.
