This keyboard is beautiful and sleek. It's also mechanical which means it's very satisfying to type on or play video games with. It's on the smaller side of other Consair keyboards, but I think the size is perfect. Doesn't look too bulky and doesn't feel uncomfortable to type with. Really happy with my purchase!

I have been PC gaming most of my life and this is my first actual *gaming* keyboard, I never thought I needed one, always thought the "gaming" thing was a gimmick to part gullible people with their (or their parents') money. That is until I needed a compact keyboard that would fit in a carry-on bag, and this keyboard caught my eye with its brushed aluminum Delorean-style finish, and the highly acclaimed mechanical Cherry MX red key switches, so I splurged. I am not disappointed, this keyboard has exceeded my expectations in appearance and functionality, I think I can even type faster now. It registers keystrokes about halfway through the stoke of the key. I decided to get rubber O-rings to dampen the strokes so it's not so CLICK CLAKITY CLAKITY, but if you don't mind the loud happy-hacker sounds as you type, its certainly not required. The removable mini-USB cable it comes with has a nice fabric jacket that will probably make it last decades. The minimalist multimedia buttons are sufficient and function well even without installing any drivers, the keyboard picked up immediately and functions perfectly in Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Have not tested other operating systems. I thought I would miss the numpad, I used it almost daily, but I got used to using the numrow in about a week, and its fine. If you need it, there are standalone usb numpads available for cheap, and I even have one somewhere but I have never felt that I needed it. Another nice thing about this keyboard is its weight, its heavy enough not to slide around the desk during the most intense gaming sessions, and it feels extremely durable, if you rage hard and smash your head on it, your head will likely take all the damage. I honestly can't finds any cons with the Corsair Vengeance K65, but the only things I can imagine would be a con for others would be the lack of a numpad, and the loud keystrokes. Both of which are easily and inexpensively remedied if you so desire.Read full review
This keyboard is an excellent value for such a solid reliable keyboard.

Bought this as a replacement for one I had cleaned one too many times. It is what it is--I like it well enough to buy a second one. That says it all really.

spacebar rattles like a piece of trash. Worst mechanical keyboard ever and terrible stabilizers.
