Bang For Your Buck
This receiver surprised me! We bought it to replace one in our rental and were we ever happy we did. This baby was easy to hook up, easy to place and bless it, it even comes with a remote. I won't lie, with the price I wasn't expecting a lot; but I would and will buy this baby again if I need another one. I'm a little old fashion and haven't yet mastered the station sets, but that's on me and it's my only short coming with this unit. Good for the price.
I have the same complaints as others, loud fan, no on/off button on the remote and you have to reset the source every time you turn it on. Other than that its got plenty of power for a nice low budget stereo. I probably wouldn't of bought it had I known about the no on button on the remote.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sending back a new Sony and buying another Pyle
couple year ago bought a Pyle Stereo receiver like this on set it up with 2 book shelf speaker, to of the old near waist high cabinet speakers and a 6 speaker Logitech surround sound and packed all this with a flat screen and a PC in a TV closet and feel in Love. My Pyle went last week, probably due to the curtains i had put in the closet was laying over the cooling vents. My bad. Bought a Sony same watts an etc. The Sony's volume is different from the Stereo speaker output to the RCA output. To shorten the review, all the adjusting I have to do to get the sound I had with the Pyle is a headache, adjust the PC volume, you-tube volume, the Sony volume and bass and treble, and once I get the done I have a HiSSSS and fringe distortion, and if I change the volume on the Sony which the knob i cannot see due it's not illuminated, I have to go back and tweak everything again. With the Pyle I could turn it up till the picture on the walls vibrated before it come close to distorting. Anyone want to buy a Sony? will be listing it here in about a week when my new Pyle comes in....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No remote power.
The remote control does not have an off and on. To turn it off and on you have to get up and push the power button on the unit itself. Other than that everything seems to be as it should. But I don't think I would like it very much because I'm not in the habit of getting up and down to turn something off and on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
