So six weeks and 15 pounds lost (hopefully not found again). But this was part of the loss. The other was due to a balanced diet and exercise. There is no miracle cure for losing weight (been there done that). But for me this product "STIMFREE" worked well for cutting hunger issues and also gave a bit of a boost to help get me through the day. Two capsules in the early morning, one in the late afternoon.
