Lives Up To It's Name
Boudoir is one seriously sexy fragrance. There has always been a lot of buzz about how it captures the scent of woman immediately following some sweaty, passionate love making, and while I wouldn't go quite that far, it definitely has an animalic quality to it that calls to mind something intimate and a bit naughty. On my skin, the initial blast is where the "dirtiness" is most prevalent, and many people might be tempted to scrub it off immediately. Don't do it. These notes gradually calm down, forming a base as a sweeter, fruit-tinged floral begins to emerge and remains throughout the duration. It has great longevity and a decent silage. There is no need to overspray. The bonus is the beautiful bottle! It is also a fragrance that seems to improve over time, changing from a pretty pink juice into a honeyed amber color that adds depth. Maybe not for the shy, but definitely appropriate for the woman or man who embraces strong sex appeal. Very appropriate for seduction. I love it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
