Excellent Choice. 100 effects that are completely editable.
It could stand to be a little heavier so that it does not move when I step on the pedals. The output from factory can be a little lite on some of the effects, however, if you use the pedal through the effects loop of your amplifier of if you adjust the patch settings to add more signal to the output is works well enough. I like that the batteries last about 20 hours and that you can power it with a USB power source. (I am using a 1amp USB tablet charger and it seems to have enough to power up the Zoom B1Xon) It does, however, appear that if you have batteries in the unit while powering it through USB that the batteries are used instead and then the unit is suddenly without power. Clearly this needs to be noted in the instructions. Use USB without batteries.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good for Bass and Guitar
Unless my pedal is damaged, and I don’t know it, all the expression pedal does is affect volume—but not exactly expression, as in using a wah pedal. Maybe with a better bass and high volume more distinction could be made between settings; otherwise they could all boil down to under twenty distinct effects. This pedal is AWESOME!!! The LOOPER is great, the EFFECTS are beautiful, but my favorite thing about this pedal are the REALISTIC AMP PARCHES! WOW!!! I never knew that is is possible to actually sound like you're playing out of the various amps the ZOOM B1Xon models. UNBELIEVABLE-SOUND-QUALITY! Wow... This pedal is more than I could have asked for in a lot of ways the built in drum machine is awesome , the effects of the pedal are really cool and the looper is also a highlight. But the only thing, is that some of the effects kinda' sound the same as others......but otherwise it's a great way to get the chance to see what you can do with a pedal like this.
