Wow. Never go with this product from these people
So we had trouble with this from the moment we opened the box. The purple glass holders were not on the rack, thankfully we had not thrown away our old one so we took them off the one we got rid of. And the first time we ran it the sprayer fell off and I had to repair it. This product was used so I did not worry about the wear and tear, I used restore sealant to seal spots that looked like they were going to rust. I would not order from this company again, and we will look into getting rid of our LG dishwasher. Nothing but problems.
