Timeless and proven principles - this book changed my life
I first read this book in 1997 when it first came out. After reading it I put the book down, took a deep breath, then put the principles to work. In short order my career went into overdrive as I found myself more and more in leadership roles, and building on success after success. My compensation went with it, more than I dreamed. Today I am a Sr. Consultant and Tech Project Leader in an employee-owned company, and I refer to the principles on a weekly basis.
The book's examples may be a bit dated but the points and the concepts are timeless. It is a VERY easy read and if you don't mind a bit of cursing it is entertaining as well. I now watch for this book on Ebay and buy it up at bargain prices so I can give it to those who I believe are ready for the next step.
Thank you Richard Marcinko for this book, and most importantly for your amazing and dedicated service to this country.
