Fairly satisfied after the nightmare of installation.
The entire assembly is fairly light so it is probably plastic not metal but it looks good, works good (so far) and is easy to clean. But the kit came without the special installation tool as it was supposed to and as the instructions show,........a very long deep wall socket needed to remove the old and install the new big hexagon nut securing the assembly on the sink from underneath - you'll have to call MOEN to send it to you. You definitely need this tool as there is no room underneath to put a wrench or any other tool to remove/install the hexagon nut!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
