I do leave 5 Minute Whitening on for 10 mins. because I'm 68 years of age and holding my mouth closed for an extra 5 mins helps strengthen my mouth muscles. Depending on how often you brush your teeth will determent the whitening. I brush my teeth 3 times a day.. I use this whitening twice a week. Does it work for me? Yes! So I read all the reviews before buying this about how amazing it is and how you will have white teeth after one use. That didn't happen with me. Maybe its because mine were super yellow or something but idk. But after a week of using it every night I definitely do see a difference! The trick is to keep it on longer. It doesn't start to work until AFTER 5 min. I figured out that if you leave it on for about 30 min you will definitely see if difference in color. And it has no sensitivity at all! NONE! So all in all I would recommend. If you want a drastic chance in color buy two because I only have one use left so it last about a week and a half or so and I am going to need to order more this weekend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
