Great product for controlling stereo equipment.
The Hub was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It is now controlling my 5.1 sound system in the living room. I had another remote to pair it with but you could use your smart phone with the MyHarmony app.

All devices work as intended, wife and I can log onto app at same time, had to set up on computer with alt+f9 before log in to get out to set up without an external remote, then it works great. Just wish menus were more customizable

Be sure to factory reset the Harmony Hub...
Be sure to factory reset the Harmony Hub because it shows the previous owners devices and activities. After the reset, hub connected to my account and synced my activities. Seems to be working fine with Alexa.

Works great!
One thing I have learned is to use the Logitech website to update the device's firmware before trying to use it. This update cannot be done with the Harmony app. The device must be connected to your computer for the update. Not hard to do.
