Was sold as is. Took a chance, turned out that everything worked, lights, gauges, clock, speedometer, even the odometer. Was hoping to be able to cobble some odometer parts and maybe a couple of lights from this one to fix another cluster. I ended up just swapping this cluster in place of the other.
