    It s great to have an API GL-4 gear oil available! I haven t tried the MT-85 yet, but it says it s designed for manual transmissions and front wheel drive transaxles, and meets specific car-maker specs (Chrysler, GM, Nissan, Mitsubishi--see bottle for details). It s *not* recommended for is hypoid differentials. Bottle claims: * Full-synthetic * Ester-based * Sheer-stable formula * Resists breakdowns for extended periods * offers more consistent viscosity in warm and cold weather * less slippery for improved synchronizer coefficient-of-friction * stronger film strength for better protection Sounds good! I took a star off for price--a little steep.
