Cost a lot for seals but worth the money problem solved in 1 hour including bleeding the hydraulic hoses . One thing I'd like to add is if your cylinder rod is damaged seals will not fix the problem. You'll need to replace the whole cylinder ram..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I received orange, 8 hole seals that look like the $39 aftermarket seals available everywhere rather than the black 4 hole OEM seals pictured. Seastar is now shipping what appears to be cheap outsourced seals. I spent the extra $ because the reviews of the aftermarket seals are terrible. The seals are working so far.

BAD seal was waste of time, money & expensive steering fluid.
Only lasted one trip until it was completely blown. I replace the seals, took it out and it worked fine. The boat sat for one week. Went out again and no swearing at all. See the screen shots of a video I just captured.
