Easy to assemble, great value.
All you need to do is screw the 3 pieces together. Then use your foot to push the base into the ground. Once it is in the ground use an open end wrench you tighten the retainer nut that holds the flag in the direction you want. Then you are done.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
