2004-2007 TRX400FA/FGA Auto Rancher (Correct for 2007 but interchangeable for 04-06). If you have carb related runnability issues then this should solve them. The fuel intake spigot is larger than that of your original carb (and has an inline fuel filter in the spigot) and will require the fuel line that is OEM for the later years.
