    This OEM part fixes rinse and spin problems - don't buy a generic, they don't work worth a darn!!

    The shift actuator fixed my washer's "no spin" problem. The washer was also stopping in the rinse cycle occasionally. The part is definitely an OEM original, don't buy a generic! We bought a generic non-OEM actuator and it caused more issues!!

    Good fit with modification

    I bought this shifter actuator for a kenmore model #: 11020022014 The new part's shifter arm did not fit in the machine, so i swapped out the shifter arm from the old part to the new one and then it fit just right. I have had the actuator for a few weeks now and washer machine is working good

    Excellent genuine Whirlpool replacement part

    This was an exact match of the part that was removed from my washer. The box package stated it was a genuine Whirlpool replacement part, and I have no reason to doubt that. I was able to repair my washer for under $35 bucks, I couldn’t find the part cheaper anywhere unless it was used,it being a genuine Whirlpool replacement was just frosting on the cake.
