Harry Lambert likes being a crochety old codger. He gets to bark commands at his wife, complain about the younger generation and watch his waistline expand. Now all he needs is. a new baby?!?. Connie Stevens and Jim Hutton (look for 5-year-old Timothy Hutton in the dream sequence) are their astonished daughter and son-in-law.
Never too of a couple staying with the wife's parented(Connie Stevens) . Connie's mother's, who finds out she's pregnant and essentially the remainder of the film centers around this. This film is similar in vain to the films adapted from a Broadway plays. this one tries to adapt the humor to the screen and it's a hit and miss affair. The reason i brought it because of the incredible, gorgeous Connie Stevens with her 60s short hair. She lifts it above the banal with her performance. So, if your a Connie Stevens fan, i recommend it.
