Pyle PT696BT, over all good value for the money.
I like the Pyle PT696BT, good sound & fairly easy to set up. One disappointment to note. You can not hookup your cable box & DVD player (for example) to the Pyle unit using HDMI cable & than run one HDMI cable from the Pyle unit to the TV. The Pyle unit has 3 HDMI input ports and one HDMI output port, but.. Tech support told me that that feature is not available on Pyle PT696BT. Bummer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Getting the job done.. barely
There's always a hummmmm. Remote is poorly designed. I had to buy two of these as the Blue Tooth circuit in the first unit worked poorly and was tampered with. The 2nd unit is better but the BT range, considering it has an external antenna, is still poor. Love my Pyle PT696BT Amplifier ❤️
As a UK buyer I was a bit hesitant about ordering an amplifier from the US, especially with the US running on a different voltage. It not a problem though as long as you get yourself a plug adapter and switch the voltage on the rear of the unit to 230v. It has a plate to stop this happening accidentally. Hooked up my old Sony 5.1 surround kit with passive sub woofer and xbox one s with the optical lead and red and white audio leads to my Sony Bravia TV. For the money it's great value and remote is cool as well, So cost me £182 all in all including import duty and shipping from the US. What could you get in the UK for that? Not a lot!!! Its also got HDMI pass through ports and microphone sockets if you need it!! Bluetooth works amazing as well used it from my Alexa and phone connects easily!!! Love it I would recommend this amp. There is a slight low noise from the unit when it's on but it's not a problem and you would never hear anything when the sound is coming from the speakers, just the same as my Sony Bravia TV or less. Also delivery was very quick only two weeks to arrive via UPS in the USA and Hermes in the UK tracked all the way 🇺🇸🇬🇧😊

Looks & feels like a '70's amp.
Check the dimensions -- this thing is HUGE! I returned this product (thank you, ebay) because it looks & feels like it was manufactured in the '70's. The product picture is VERY deceptive, when it arrived I wondered why the box was so big! I know the price is great but it would look ridiculous in my living room. Packed with possibilities
Lots of pro's. Love the individual 5.1 speaker adjustments from the remote. Rear connections are great for this price range including SPIDF optical. Remote has many controls of amp but not hard to figure out. Has karaoke possibilities but we don't do that. A few Cons but not enough to drop a star. rear speaker connections are too close together and makes the 5.1 wire connections a bit tedious. Fan in amp is a bit loud but once you start using it with movie or music, you don't here it. In a cabinet you would not here it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fitting well with a 5.2
My old 9.1 system broke and I needed something quick. This unit although it is 5.2 actually fit very well in my system..plus with the added mic input my granddaughter get a chance to sing her heart out.
