No need too buy a NEW T.V.
I’ve been waiting on March Madness for months and low and behold my 10 year old LED Toshiba decided to quit working. So I decided to go shopping for a new T.V. and come to the conclusion, I refused to spend $1500 to better what I currently have. So I got online and come across these guys. Works like a champ!
Other than the fact that I had to find an oversize box, that costed a lot to ship it to them (USPS does measure the box and charges off of dimensions if it a somewhat large box), it didn't take long to get it to them and they repaired it and sent it back almost right away. As soon as I installed it back on the TV and plugged the TV in, a green LED light immediately came on the other circuit board which I new was a good sign. HDTV works again like new!
Hard to believe this 55" HDTV was almost 11 years old when, one day, it would no longer turn on. Seems one or more capacitors on the power board failed. Disassembly was easy. I shipped the board off for repair and it was quickly returned. The board looks new. No sloppy solder joints. Works like new and we saved another piece of consumer electronics from the dump. Let me say, I don't know anything about TV repair. But I follow instruction and removed the power board and Ishipped it to the company. Upon it's return I installed the repaired back into my TV.
