    Good Carb

    Nicely finished works well. Found it interesting that there is no overflow from the float but it is what it is. Main Jet came in at 185 worked well. Carb spec sheet said Pilot jet was fitted with a '45" but did not feel like it ( seemed sluggish ) so I pulled the jet (no size was imprinted on this jet) replaced it with a 45, 2 turns out from seat on the air mixture screw and it runs perfectly! I'm at altitude in Denver .

    My bike had a problem when you gave it g...

    My bike had a problem when you gave it gas, it would die. Tried to rebuild the stock cv40 3 times. Ordered this replacement, and it runs great now. Not sure what I wasnt seeing in the harley carb, but this cycle pro seems to have done the trick.
