Beautifully Written. Wonderful Book!
This book is absolutely wonderful. For anyone that is struggling to deal with their past, it is a must read. The author recounts her own struggles growing up, in such a personal way, that I actually cried for her. She shares the actual healing that comes with acknowledging & expressing emotions over past traumas. I've bought one of these books for all of my friends to read. I now have a copy of every one of Iyanla VanZant's books because of this one.
