I’ve followed the directions. I’ve installed multiple sets of new batteries. The record light comes on sporadically when that button is pushed, but overall the remote does not function- thus overall product doesn’t function. My 10 year is pretty disappointed. I have to further troubleshoot- I am in bad position- since I cannot return. I am hoping to get working tomorrow.
