Mosa is a heavy hitter in the cream industry. All new state of the art machinery process made in and from germany. Miss facility uses nickle coated canisters and each charge is filled by weight. If you have really good water at your home, go to your local antique store and buy a setzer bottle that uses CO2 cartridges, then buy a bunch of these cartridges and make your own seltzer for about 35¢ per quart. The box for these golden colored cartridges indicate they are made in Taiwan but they seem to be as good as the more expensive Austrian brands that I have used for years. I don't care where they are made as long as it's not's Putin's lab. The gas he uses seems to make people very dead.
