If getting your abdominal wall hot helps get to rid of belly fat, then this is the ticket. I bought this for my wife but she gave to me to use because it made her uncomfortable. It was too hot for her and when I use it I feel at lot of warmth under the belt. I don't notice much sweating but the belly stays warm long after the belt is removed. I would definitely purchase this again.
