Product works as stated while this does not reflect on this particular item i wish vehicle manufacturers would use the Nav system as per Garmin.
For price it is a great value and does have updated maps. Still prefer aftermarket Garmin for looks and ease of use.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
This is a burned DVD with a paper label on top that will not work in your navigation. In fact it will jam your navigation and require manual removal of the disc (removing many screws and parts to extract malfunctioning disc PUTTING YOUR SYSTEM AT RISK AS PULLING IT APART IS NEVER GOOD). Buyer Beware it is not worth the cheap price as it is not an original disc.

Works well, some learning curve to set up.
I bought a used Toyota Highlander 2013 Limited. I tried to include the adress of my son (remote wooden area) and the 2013 GPS software could not find it, no road, just blank area. The 2019 CD I bought has it - then I think it is a very good buy. Works well, but not obvious to set up in Canada. Works better for US.

I’m very pleased with this product. Besides my map dvd being outdated on my 2011 Prius, I kept getting an annoying error message telling me that the map reader could not find the map dvd. Since I inserted this new updated map dvd, I haven’t received this error message once. Not only that, it came at an affordable price, which I was surprised to see. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thank you!

I phoned the Local Toyota Dealership and they were unable to help me. This product works well and was relatively easy to use. I would give it a 9/10. The only reasons I can not give it a 10/10 are: 1) It is difficult to determine on the DVD "which side is up" I originally inserted it the wrong way and got an error message that there was no DVD in the drive. Flipping it over worked fine. Perhaps there would be a way to more clearly identify which side was the non reading surface. 2) The maps are relatively accurate, but a round about in my neighbourhood that was completed in 2019 is not present on the map. Likely there will be a newer version coming out shortly.

Disk Works Better But NOT Perfectly
The disk worked for about a week straight and then I started having the same experience I had with the old disk. The difference is that the new disk doesn't take as much effort to be read again. It's unclear whether the issue I have is with my DVD reader itself or with the disk. As I said, the new disk usually works again after 1-2 times of reloading, whereas the old disk stopped working no matter how many times I reloaded it...and then, on occasion, would suddenly work again. Then it would stop working.

The CD works great in my car/truck my only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I didn’t know this is a copy, but with that being said it works fine with my car/truck all updated maps that was a big one it covers more areas than my original CD. I would buy. Nice quality product even for being a copy.

Toyota has a weird nav system; in that if there is something wrong with the navigation dvd, good luck getting the radio, back up cameras, and obviously navigation to work properly. This dvd will save you a ridiculous amount that the dealership will charge you for this. If your nav, radio, and backup camera stop working i suggest getting this first as this is a pretty inexpensive and easy first solution.
