Love the Bali Margaritaville Frozen Drink Maker
Like the fact that it makes a lot more drinks at a time than our Bahamas model. Nice that as it dispenses it remixes the drinks. There is a bit more to clean than the other models. Probably would not take it out to make just one frozen drink due to size and cleanup. Wish that Margaritaville would make a carrying case for this model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Defective in Less than a Year
I purchased the item on June 7, 2018. I used it a couple of times last summer; worked great, loved it. I even purchased the travel case so that I could keep it nice when I stored it. However, last Saturday night, May 17, 2019, I tried using it while hosting a party and the machine leaked a lot of Margarita from the bottom of the drink dispenser and water from the bottom of the machine under the metal plate. I unscrewed the drink dispenser thinking that I didn't have a tight seal but noticed a crack where the blade is which may be why the liquid is leaking. But, I don't know where the water underneath the metal plate is coming from. Just a heads up. Its a real fun machine, I am so bummed cause I loved the drinks I was making from it. Luckily; however, I am under the one year manufacture warranty so hopefully the manufacture stands by their product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not worth the money
This machine is supposed to make things simple and easy by automatically mixing and then remixing and pouring each drink for you. It does not do this. The pouring mechanism is extremely temperamental, too much in the pitcher and it won't pour, too little in the pitcher and it won't pour. You can get about 2 drinks to pour from it problems, anything else you have to pour it from the pitcher yourself, which has no lip for pouring since you aren't supposed to have to do this. It also leaks at the bottom from the pouring mechanism. Overall the idea is nice but a blender would be just as easy and like 1/6th of the price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
