Good quality and easy assembly.
Much better quality than expected. Assembly was easily accomplished using the supplied tool and one page instruction sheet. The seat is roomy enough for large people and quite comfortable. Construction is sturdy enough for the advertised weight limit of 330#. The pneumatic cylinder is massive The chair is available in two heights. The shorter one works well for counter high. The taller one is very high at it's lowest setting. Make sure that you measure for the distance from the floor to the seat height you want before ordering.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

10/10 Removable Lumbar Support
Pros- Seat is one of the most comfy I've ever sat in. Reclining feature/footrest: Good quality Quality for a budget price Cons- Lumbar support sat a little high however you can remove it. There's a metal bar where the joint connects you're able to remove. Unfortunately I went through the task of trying to remove the screws instead. Metal bar first and then screws is optimal way. Good chair, bad QC.
Chair is very comfortable and nice for the price. Only thing is that one of the arm pegs on the seat is bent pretty far. Box wasn't destroyed so I'm guessing their QC missed it.
