I saw where some didn't get all the hardware with their purchase. I received all hardware needed then some. There are extra screws for different thickness's of wood base. The quality is good. I like this for the versatility and that I càn use it for multiple tools with little configuration. I use it for my grizzly drum sander, which is quite large and heavy, but no longer an issue to move around the shop. Sweet change makes the tools in a small shop much easier to manage.
It was pretty simple to assemble to the size of my Table saw stand. I used smaller holes than recommended for a tighter fit of the Screws that attach through the piece of plywood... Just made sure my hole placement was accurate, and it worked out fine. The 2 swivel wheels works great for turning the saw from one direction in the shop to another, and putting it out of the way... Have not yet installed it on my lathe, so I can't give a rating there yet, I'm sure it will work much better then what was on it because what was on it broke the second time I moved it due to poor welds.
