Not a bolt on item
It is suspost to be a veicle specife mount. None of the holes are the right size in the mount are big enough for hood mount or fender bolts. The bottom angle to small for putting bolts thru. I have a 2013 2500 HD. In short this does not bolt down with out modifications.

Kalibur mounts are good mounts.
Perfect mount for a 2012 2500 Silverado, looks to be about 1/8” thick stainless steel with a nice not highly polished finish but more of a satin look to it, I have bought numerous Kalibur mounts for different vehicles and all have been excellent mounts.
