For the price you can't beat it,works great, but you do have to know how to use it.Refer to your owners manual on how to set your cars (DIC) driver information center on TPMS "RELEARN". If it's not set on relearn mode the tool will not work.I used this tool on my 2016 GMC Canyon and on a friends 2012 Chevy Impala and the tool worked just fine on both vehicles.Once you have the vehicle mode set to "Relearn" it takes less than 2 minutes to use the tool and do a reset. It was helpful for me to do a search on youtube and I found videos of how to set my 2 particular vehicles into "Relearn" mode.I think that probably most of the negative feedback on this tool is probably due to the person using it not having the vehicle set to "relearn" mode. It's built solid and uses a standard 9 volt alkaline battery.Well worth the price that they sell for.Read full review

I had Firestone install new TPMS sensors in my 2011 Corvette. However, they could not program the sensors to work. They blamed it on a bad TPMS reciever in my car ... Well, I ordered this TPMS Activation Tool here on eBay and it worked flawlessly activating all 4 of the sensors ... So much for Firestone! BTW .... It does not come with the required 9v battery

My 07 Silverado needed a new TPMS and a tire rotation, after doing so I could not get it to relearn following the owners manual. Actually lost all tire pressures. I bought this and with in 5 minutes of unwrapping it I was done. If you do your own work you need this. No need to mess with air pressure.
