Great price on a great phone
This is a large phone, certainly in the "phablet" category. It is a bit heavy, but it feels very solid. I have only been using it for the past 2 days, but have been pleased by the battery life. On my first day, I used it constantly, loading apps, moving contacts, and just trying things out. By the end of the day, I had 40% left on the battery. The next day, I used it normally, and I had 75% left at the end of the day. I should note that I enabled the "Battery saver" feature. This reduces performance and screen brightness, and probably other things that I don't know about. I have not yet tested it in "normal" battery mode, so I don't know what the performance or battery life will be for that. Since I am coming from a very old smart-phone, the performance on "battery saver" seems fine to me. Overall, I am very happy with this phone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I was looking at this phone for a while, and when it came time to purchase it, I was still hesitating. However, after having this phone for some time now, I can assure you that even for a "Demo" model, it functions as if I bought it brand new right from T-Mobile. I couldn't be happier. This is my third one of these, still on my first one 2yrs old now. Went cheap and bought a cracked one for work, it had more wrong than that! This one is very good, just like the one tmobil sold me. There is no cell phone on the market tougher, more durable than the XD. For under water fun with the kids, I turn on the flash and throw it in the pool. Its truly waterproof. I've dropped it 17 feet onto cement at my work sight, glass is I intact. I've left it in the hot Arizona sun, in my car for days at a time, not one issue. Big and Rugged
So far I'm very happy. It's definitely on the big side, which initially put me off... I was hoping that T-mobile would have some other rugged options, but so far I'm fine with the larger format - makes some things easier... hardware and software seem to perform admirably, though I haven't really put it through its paces... can't really bring myself to get it really dirty or wet or drop it yet, but sure is great to have the peace of mind that I can... My new phone
Well abides having shipping problems which it wasn't the sales fault and they did help me out a lot which I would to say thank you very much for all your help... And what can I say about my new phone.... It's is great the best for me because I work in very messy place and it's just what I need. I love that the battery life can last me all day but I don't like that it takes along time to charge. And the fact that the cases are hard to find but not that I would need one. So it's not that bad. so in the end I love my new phone because besides the battery it's easy to use and it feels like a Samsung galaxy phone but that's my opinion..... Good phone for a rugged environment
The only issue I have with this phone is it was restarting (rebooting) on it's own. I updated it with the newest software from att and so far that seems to have fixed the problem. I was going to return it thinking I got a bad phone but did a search online and this is an oft reported problem with it I'm fairly certain it is a software issue, another option to fixing the issue is downloading some battery software to help it from overheating as that might have been the issue at the time (was over 95F).Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
