Error code 3 in dell r210ii
The cpu has two corners chipped. Installed in r210ii receiving error code 3. CPU is listed on dells website as compatible. Error code 3 means "check CPU". I have removed cpu, cleaned pads, re-seated CPU and tried twice. Each giving error code 3. This server works perfectly with two other CPUs.

Excellent Upgrade for a Gen8 Microserver
Better performance and lower power consumption than a G1610T or G2020T makes this a no-brainer upgrade if you can get it at a reasonable price and are happy to perform a CPU upgrade.
