I had a problem with my order. I ordered 2 hats sized 7 1/2. One was correct, one was wrong. I sent pictures and within 24 hours the company offered a discount. I did not need a discount, I wanted the hat. They offered to replace it if I mailed the wrong one back. I had my new hat in less than a week. Mistakes happen. We are all human.
