    Delicious Coffee

    I am still new to using this machine. Had a Keurig and discovered MOLD so tossed that out plus I missed using fresh ground coffee even though I used the reusable K Cups it still didn't taste right. The coffee tastes great with this machine. My two issues though are the milk steamer and brewing time. Yes it brews quickly BUT the water I add to the machine never comes out to the amount in the coffee carafe. If I add 4 cups of water I'm going to get 3 cups of made coffee, it seems to evaporate while brewing so that's irritating. The steamer, when I first used it didn't go so well. It spit and spat then a big poof came out and milk went EVERY WHERE, HOT MILK!!! I've been afraid to use that again but it may have been my fault so I'll try it. Otherwise it is a good machine I just wish the water I put into it didn't evaporate so much.

    Like an old steam engine

    When making espresso is releasing steam all around the coffee tray. The flow is highly irregular. Tried different approach to verify that the tray is properly positioned (it was) Having real problems trying to use regular espresso commercial brands, the steam simply does not go through.

    Great Coffeemaker and espresso maker

    I am really happy that I purchased this item. The coffeemaker brews the coffee at the temperature I like. The espresso maker is easy to use and to make your own espresso drinks. I used to be a Barista at a coffee shop. I now can make my own favorite drinks for me and my family and friends at home.

    Worth investing

    We looked for a very long time for a 2 in one coffee and espresso maker these seemed to be a wonderful choice. The directions are very simple and easy to follow. Cleans easily, has the option of how many shots you want to make, and steams your milk to the perfect temp. I would 100% recommend this product to others if they are looking.

    Broke in one year.

    Maybe this is representative of these machines. Maybe not. But it lost what is probably the thermistor (high temp shutoff fuse) and quit in a year. I didn't have the security bit handy in my house to fix it, so its now on it's way to the dump
