This is not for me. It may help someone else, but I didn't like the foam padding at the arch. It made my feet walk very awkward, walking on a hump, pressing into my arch. Waste of money for me. No more shots
I've used the Mueller arch supports for almost a year and found them to be the greatest product for for the situation going on with my arch.I have a tendon that pops up on the inner part of my arch and would have to get a shot in the tendon to keep the swelling down.
