This is an excellent cookbook, if you love simple good food. It has beautiful illustrations. I saw this cookbook at a local grocer, but didn't buy it at the time. When I went back, they were completely sold out of it. It was lucky to find it on e-bay! Recipes are quick, easy & use simple ingredients that most people have in their cupboard. And, the food is delicious down-home cooking!
