Sunnnyside Raw Linseed Oil
This oil is indispensable for keeping wooden tools, handles, levels, etc., oiled and preserved from the effects of water or moisture. Boiled linseed oil should never be used for this purpose. The raw oil seals the wood, soaking in and drying to a hard finish. It can be used on any unsealed wood, applied by brush or rags. Wipe off the excess and let dry. Drying time varies. If you use this product a lot, the gallon size is a great value. Keep the container tightly sealed and away from open flames or extreme heat. Brushes should be cleaned with turpentine or a similar solvent. Rags containing this oil should be rinsed with soap and water, dried and disposed of, since if they are left untreated can spontaneously ignite. This oil, since it is not boiled, should be food safe, so it won't leach into the soil and make anyone poisoned.
