Starrett micrometer tips 247D
I have a Mitutoyo micrometer I put these on with a .025 shaft. I tried the Mitutoyo tips first and they turned out to be garbage as they would bend, therefore making the reading inaccurate The Starrett tips are made out of durable plastic instead of rubber. They are a little hard to install, but they are well worth the effort.
