am pro baker. had been buying 'premium' pecans from co in south. ran out...needed some asap. thought i'd try these for use in a cookies order. THRILLED! 2/3 of cost of prev supplier! arrived in TWO days! FAB TASTE AND TEXTURE! found only 3 that were less than perfect in appearance (i use some for decoration, so they need to be uniform in size, not broken, and 'look nice'. a shame that i had to break these into pieces!) he's my new supplier!
