Did Not Work For Me
This is probably really good for some people but it did not work for me. I do assembly in a medical factory and my hands are so swollen and hurt so bad that at times i cannot even turn a door knob. I was really hoping this would be the answer to my pain but unfortunately it didn’t do anything. The sombra effect
First experienced sombra at physical therapy,where they use it combined with ice,after exercise. The relief was great. What a sensation on my knees! Left there and was able to go grocery shopping with no pain. That's something as both knees are bone on bone,and the PT is pre-surgical replacement strengthening. Been using aspercreme and icyhot,but this relief is much greater. I've thanked the therapist repeatedly for the new relief I feel. Sombra. Cool works better than warm for me
I like the cool. It helped after knee surgery. The warm was ok, but I liked cool as I felt it worked better. I gave the warm to a family member who broke her shoulder.
