Kuhn Swiss Peeler
This thing looks cheap and flimsy; HOWEVER, it is the BEST peeler that I have ever used. The lightweight construction and inexpensive materials keep the price of this peeler WAY down. I bought a couple of them so that I have a replacement when the first one finally does wear out. You could buy 5 of these for the price of one heavy duty peeler (and it wouldn't work as well as the Kuhn Swiss Peeler)
