WOW! Top quality watch strap & buckle!
I am so impressed with this awesome watch band. Thick high quality REAL leather and the rivets are strong & look terrific. It came with 2 extra leather tabs to attach to another watch so it would be very simple for me to swap between 2 watches if one was being serviced, broke, or I just felt like a change. I am going to buy a 2nd strap in brown for other watches I have. I just love this thing. Hippie-style watch band.
Ideal leather thickness - conforms well to the wrist, but not flimsy feeling - nicely finished on both sides, no strong chemical smells. Perfect (in my opinion, anyway) 30mm width: has the "look" without being over the top - tasteful anywhere. Good placement of watch-size adjustment holes hidden under the lug connectors. Use pretty much any watch with 18 or 20mm lug spacing. Large buckle that eliminates the need for a seperate keeper is very cool. Seems to scuff easily where the buckle contacts the leather, but responds excellently to a little mink oil. Looks new again, and just keeps getting softer and mellower. These bands (I have both the black and brown) remind me of the gun holsters and saddles on the old "rich cowboy" westerns (Bonanza, Big Valley, etc.); their leather goods were just hand-worked to death - nothing classier!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A very good quality leather watch band perfectly matching the German military watch in which it was being used. My only criticism is that I had make a very slight modification due to the fixed wire lugs on my watch this just required some careful stitching.
